William Omozaphue Akalumhe (Omo) is Director and Group CEO of PriVida Limited, leading renewable energy projects across Africa. With over 30 years’ experience in natural resources, energy consulting, and business transformation, Omo has held senior roles at Shell, Accenture, and the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture. He holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from the University of Ibadan and a Master’s from Cranfield University, with additional executive education from Chicago and Michigan.
Tassos has 27 years of experience as a project developer, contractor, lender and investor in the energy sector. He has invested in energy (oil and gas), renewable energy (solar, wind, biomass, hydro, storage and carbon capture) and energy technology companies. His track record covers investments in the EMEA region and North and South America more than €10 bn closed transactions.
Hamed is a Partner at Silicon Badia, a MENA-focused venture capital fund, with expertise in financial structuring and executing growth transactions, having led over $100 million in deals. A former CFO and operator, he co-founded robu.io, Factura, and Sequence Labs. Hamed has extensive experience in scaling businesses, financial strategies, and governance, and holds a BSc from The Wharton School.
